Please keep your phone switched on after landing so we can reach you. Extra waiting time beyond that may incur additional fees and can also result in cancellation of the service. If you think you will need longer — a slow bag, immigration queues, travelling with children — tell us in advance and we will build it into the booking.
Paying for your Lurnea transfer
Your quote is all-inclusive — it covers the ride, tolls, fuel and airport fees. The only extra is a 1.8% surcharge if you pay by card. No prepayment: you pay the driver on the day of travel.

Cancellation & waiting

For local pickups the driver waits up to 10 minutes; airport waiting is up to 60 minutes (T1) or 40 minutes (T2 and T3) after the plane lands.
