Macarthur to Sydney Airport: one region, 55 fixed fares

We run fixed-price, door-to-door airport transfers across every one of the 55 suburbs in Macarthur. Fares start at $129 one-way and every price on this page is set before you travel: no surge, no meter, no airport pickup loading. The region sits roughly 43–60 km from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport depending on the suburb, a drive of about 46–64 minutes when the roads are clear. Because those figures move so much across the area, we publish a separate fixed fare for each suburb rather than one regional rate. Whether you need a sedan for two or a shuttle bus for eleven, the vehicle is confirmed when you book, not allocated on the morning.

The road out of Macarthur

Macarthur transfers run on the M5. From Campbelltown, Minto, Ingleburn, Glenfield and the eastern suburbs we join the M5 Motorway directly and continue through WestConnex to the airport. The Camden side, including Narellan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Harrington Park and the newer estates, comes up Camden Valley Way to reach the M5. It is consistent motorway running of roughly 43 to 60 km, with the M5 merge the one point where weekday peaks reliably add time.

Fixed pricing

What a Macarthur shuttle bus costs, suburb by suburb

Across Macarthur the fixed one-way fare to Sydney Airport runs from $129 to $249, and the spread reflects distance rather than demand. A sedan carrying one to four passengers is priced between $129 and $219 depending on the suburb, a minivan for five or six between $149 and $229, and a bus for seven to eleven between $159 and $249. Those figures include tolls, fuel and airport fees. The only additions are a 1.8% surcharge if you choose to pay by card, and $10 on top of the equivalent airport fare if you are travelling to a cruise terminal instead. A group of seven to eleven travels together in one shuttle bus rather than being split across two cars. You pay the driver at the end of the trip, so nothing is charged when you book.

What makes Macarthur different to drive

Macarthur is the largest region on our map by suburb count and it is still growing quickly. The Camden and Oran Park side in particular has added whole new suburbs in the last decade, and those estates have a recognisable transport gap: plenty of long-distance travellers, almost no taxi rank, and thin rideshare supply in the small hours. A pre-booked fixed fare is often the only way to reliably get out of a new estate at 3.30am.

Western Sydney International is a much shorter trip than Kingsford Smith from every part of this region. WSI sits well to the north-west of Camden and Narellan, and from 25 October 2026, when it opens to passengers, most Macarthur travellers will have a materially shorter airport run for any route the new airport serves. We will be operating those transfers from opening day.

The region also carries a lot of family and group travel, and the difference between the Campbelltown and Camden halves is worth knowing when you book. Campbelltown-side suburbs are closer to the M5 and generally cheaper to the airport; Camden-side suburbs sit further west and further from the motorway. Every suburb has its own published fare so that difference is visible before you commit.

Western Sydney International from Macarthur

Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek opens to passengers on 25 October 2026 and we will run transfers from the first day. From Macarthur the drive to WSI is roughly 16–33 km, about 22–39 minutes, against 43–60 km to Kingsford Smith. WSI fares are quoted individually because the distances are so different from the Kingsford Smith run.

Cruise terminals

Cruise passengers are covered on the same basis. From Macarthur the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is about 48–66 km and White Bay is about 47–64 km. A cruise transfer is priced at $10 above the equivalent airport fare for your suburb and vehicle, and we time the pickup to your boarding window rather than a flight.

How a booking works

Booking works the same way everywhere in the region. Tell us the pickup address, the date and your flight number. We confirm a fixed price and an exact pickup time, worked back from the flight so you reach the terminal roughly two hours before an international departure and 75 to 90 minutes before a domestic one. On the day the driver arrives at your door, handles the luggage and drives straight through with no shared stops. On the return leg we monitor the inbound flight in real time, adjust automatically if you are delayed and meet you at the terminal pick-up point. Child seats, capsules and boosters are available on request, and reasonable flight delays are not charged.

Good to know

Macarthur shuttle bus questions, answered

How long does it take from Campbelltown to Sydney Airport?

The Macarthur region generally runs between about 46 and 64 minutes for a drive of roughly 43 to 60 km, depending on the suburb. Weekday peaks around the M5 merge add to that and we allow for it.

Is Western Sydney Airport closer for Camden and Oran Park?

Considerably. WSI at Badgerys Creek is well to the north-west of Camden and Narellan and is a much shorter run than Kingsford Smith. It opens to passengers on 25 October 2026.

Do you cover the newer estates around Oran Park and Gregory Hills?

Yes. The new estates on the Camden side are regular work for us, including the early-morning departures that app-based services struggle to cover out there.

Which route do you take from the Camden side?

Camden Valley Way up to the M5, then the M5 and WestConnex toward the airport. Campbelltown-side suburbs join the M5 directly.

Do you charge extra for early-morning or late-night pickups in Macarthur?

No. The fixed fare is the same at 3am as it is at midday, and we operate every day of the year. Pre-dawn departures are a large part of what we do across this region.

How and when do I pay?

You pay the driver at the end of the trip. There is no deposit and nothing is charged when you book. Card (EFTPOS, plus a 1.8% surcharge), cash and PayID are all accepted, and tolls, fuel and airport fees are already inside the quote.
