We run fixed-price, door-to-door airport transfers across every one of the 23 suburbs in the Hills District. Fares start at $99 one-way and every price on this page is set before you travel: no surge, no meter, no airport pickup loading. The region sits roughly 32–55 km from Sydney (Kingsford Smith) Airport depending on the suburb, a drive of about 40–58 minutes when the roads are clear. Because those figures move so much across the area, we publish a separate fixed fare for each suburb rather than one regional rate. Whether you need a sedan for two or a shuttle bus for eleven, the vehicle is confirmed when you book, not allocated on the morning.

The road out of the Hills District

The Hills runs on the M2. Almost every transfer we do from this district joins the M2 Hills Motorway, then the Lane Cove Tunnel and the Sydney Harbour Tunnel onto the Eastern Distributor for the final run into the airport. Suburbs on the northern and western edge feed in from Windsor Road, Old Windsor Road, Old Northern Road or New Line Road before picking up the M2. It is a fast corridor outside peak, but the M2 and the tunnel approaches carry heavy commuter volume from roughly 6am to 9.30am, which is exactly when most morning flights depart. That is why we quote a pickup time rather than a drive time.

What a Hills District shuttle bus costs, suburb by suburb

Across the Hills District the fixed one-way fare to Sydney Airport runs from $99 to $209, and the spread reflects distance rather than demand. A sedan carrying one to four passengers is priced between $99 and $179 depending on the suburb, a minivan for five or six between $119 and $189, and a bus for seven to eleven between $129 and $209. Those figures include tolls, fuel and airport fees. The only additions are a 1.8% surcharge if you choose to pay by card, and $10 on top of the equivalent airport fare if you are travelling to a cruise terminal instead. A group of seven to eleven travels together in one shuttle bus rather than being split across two cars. You pay the driver at the end of the trip, so nothing is charged when you book.

What makes the Hills District different to drive

The Hills is our home district and it has a transport problem that fixed-price shuttles solve neatly. Sydney Metro Northwest gave Castle Hill, Norwest, Bella Vista, Kellyville and Rouse Hill fast rail into the city, but there is still no single-seat rail journey to Sydney Airport from any of them. Getting to a 6am flight by public transport means a change at Chatswood or Central and a very early start with luggage. A private transfer from your own driveway removes all of it.

The other half of the district is acreage. Annangrove, Kenthurst, Dural, Glenorie, Maraylya and Nelson are large-lot suburbs with long driveways, limited street lighting and very little kerbside rideshare supply before dawn. Drivers routinely decline these jobs on demand-based apps because the return leg is empty. Our fares are set in advance for the address, so an acreage pickup at 3am is priced and confirmed the same way a Norwest hotel pickup is.

Norwest Business Park drives steady corporate demand. Company travellers heading out of Norwest, Bella Vista and Baulkham Hills tend to book the same run repeatedly, often with account billing through our corporate shuttle, and they need the arrival side handled just as carefully as the departure. We monitor the inbound flight and meet the traveller at the terminal pick-up point rather than leaving them in a rank queue at the end of a long-haul leg.

Western Sydney International from the Hills District

Western Sydney International at Badgerys Creek opens to passengers on 25 October 2026 and we will run transfers from the first day. From the Hills District the drive to WSI is roughly 30–50 km, about 33–54 minutes, against 32–55 km to Kingsford Smith. WSI fares are quoted individually because the distances are so different from the Kingsford Smith run.

Cruise terminals

Cruise passengers are covered on the same basis. From the Hills District the Overseas Passenger Terminal at Circular Quay is about 29–51 km and White Bay is about 26–48 km. A cruise transfer is priced at $10 above the equivalent airport fare for your suburb and vehicle, and we time the pickup to your boarding window rather than a flight.

How a booking works

Booking works the same way everywhere in the region. Tell us the pickup address, the date and your flight number. We confirm a fixed price and an exact pickup time, worked back from the flight so you reach the terminal roughly two hours before an international departure and 75 to 90 minutes before a domestic one. On the day the driver arrives at your door, handles the luggage and drives straight through with no shared stops. On the return leg we monitor the inbound flight in real time, adjust automatically if you are delayed and meet you at the terminal pick-up point. Child seats, capsules and boosters are available on request, and reasonable flight delays are not charged.
