Connells Point fares, payment and what is included
Your quote is all-inclusive — it covers the ride, tolls, fuel and airport fees. The only extra is a 1.8% surcharge if you pay by card. No prepayment: you pay the driver on the day of travel.

Cancellation & waiting
Most trips are pay-on-the-day, so there is nothing to cancel and no cancellation fee — just let us know and we will cancel the booking. If you have paid in advance (for example when you are booking and paying for someone else), free cancellation applies with 24 hours' notice, and cancelling once the driver has already arrived is charged at 50% of the fare. For local pickups the driver waits up to 10 minutes; airport waiting is up to 60 minutes (T1) or 40 minutes (T2 and T3) after the plane lands.
